• Customized Orders: For customized dresses, fabric prints, and T-shirts, the customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided (sizes, spelling, images).

• Production Time: Custom items may require additional processing time as stated in the product description.

3. Orders and Pricing

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and vary by location.

• Veda Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs clearances.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Standard Products: (Towels, Bed sheets, etc.) May be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

• Customized Products:Strictly Non-Returnable. Due to the nature of customized prints and dresses, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. User-Submitted Content (Custom Prints)

When you upload designs or text for customized products, you represent that you own the rights to that content. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is defamatory, illegal, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
