Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Veda Store and Veda Luxe. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
Standard Orders: We strive to dispatch all ready-to-ship products (Towels, Bed sheets, Baby products, etc.) within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Customized Orders: Please note that customized products, including personalized T-shirts, customized dresses, and specific fabric prints, require additional time for production. Processing for these items may take [Insert Number, e.g., 5-10] business days before dispatch.
Potential Delays
While we aim for a 2-day dispatch, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, national holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout via our Zoho Commerce platform.
Domestic Shipping: Delivery typically takes [3-7] business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at Check-out.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched by our team, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Dispatch Handled by Veda Store
Please note that while Zoho Commerce manages the order data, all physical dispatches are handled directly from our warehouse. We partner with reputed courier services to ensure your products reach you safely.
Damages
Veda Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping due to natural or man-made causes such as earthquake, Floods, Accidents, War etc..,. If you received your order damaged, please raise a complaint from our contact page. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. (However, as per our Refund Policy, please notify us at info@vedastore.in if the product itself is defective).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping at Veda Store and Veda Luxe. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase of our fabric prints, baby products, and customized apparel.
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to the shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel: Please initiate a cancellation through your account dashboard or email us immediately at info@vedastore.in.
Return Policy (7-Day Window)
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of order fulfillment (delivery) under the following conditions:
Size Unmatch: If the garment or product does not fit as per the size chart.
Damaged Product: If the item arrives torn, broken, or defective.
Quality Issues: If the fabric or print quality does not meet the promised standards.
Note on Customized Items: Please ensure all details for customized T-shirts or dresses are correct. Returns for "Change of Mind" on customized goods are generally restricted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Logistics
Pickup: If your pincode is serviceable, we will attempt to arrange a return pickup.
Self-Ship: If a pickup is not possible, the customer must ship the product back to our warehouse at their own cost.
Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are issued for orders cancelled before shipping or for successfully returned items that pass our quality check. Ensure the products are unused before return.
Timeline: Once a refund is initiated, the time it takes to reflect in your account varies depending on your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment.
